We spent most of the day in the car, which I didn't mind because the coast is so pretty! Poor Philip found out he had pneumonia the day before, but he still wanted to go and he drove the whole way (whadda guy!) We went to Kevah for brunch, explored some beaches (what happened to the day of FREE beaches and parks, California?), and took lotso pictures. It was a good birthday!
Hello :) I always read you but I've never left a comment before! I love your blog, photos are beautiful and dreamy, they're a pleasure for the eyes :) Happy birthday, even though I'm late! Mary
You have to pay to go to the beach?? That is a really weird concept to me. Here the beaches are free and the parking is free and with no time limit!
ReplyDeleteAmanda: most beaches in Cali aren't that way, thankfully! But every one we went in Big Sur there was a 10$ entrance/parking fee
ReplyDeleteoh MY OH MY. every one of these is wonderful. you (two) have such an eye for things! aaah! beautiful. glad it was a good day! (:
